Return Process:

When contacting us, kindly include pictures of the product(s) for return or exchange. Please note that if there are no faults on our end, customers may incur the shipping fee. Upon confirmation of your exchange or return request, we'll provide the return address for sending back the product(s).

Please Note:

Product returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt; unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered beyond this period. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product(s), we'll promptly process your refund, crediting the amount to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Color Accuracy:

While we strive for accurate digital representations, please be aware that variations may occur due to device monitors. We cannot be held responsible for differences in color between the actual product and your screen.
