Digital Mock-Up: Your Design
To help you visualize the final look, we create a digital mock-up of the rug design, with the exact measurements & colors for your final approval.
Color Matching
- We use dyed samples and color reference poms for exact color matching
- Our in-house Quality team approve the dyed yarn before rug weaving begins.
Skilled Weaving
- Depending on your chosen technique (hand-knotted, hand-tufted, or hand-loomed), skilled artisans work on hand-crafting your rug to perfection.
- We follow traditional craftsmanship with strict quality controls.
Quality Checks Before Dispatch
Before delivery, your rug goes through a multi-point inspection:
1. Color checks.
2. Design matching against the approved mock-up.
3. Knot density (for hand-knotted), pile consistency, finishing, and edge detailing.
